Warm-up. - T have Ss play the game Slap the board (words of places) Whole class 2. Look, listen and repeat. - T points the pictures a, b, c and d to identify the characters and what they say. - T have pupils listen and repeat the text in the bubbles a few times. - Ss repeat chorally and individually. - T asks Ss to read the text in pairs/ groups. I’d like to visit Thien Mu Pagoda. - T points to the pictures and elecits the words and phares to fill in the gaps. - Pupils repeat the sentences a few times. - Pupils work in pairs to say the sentences. - Some pairs practice in front of the class. - T checks their pronunciation.
