Teaching procedures: Time Teacher’s work Students’ activities Content 5’ - Greeting - Tell the rule of game : + Divide class into 2 team boys and girls. + Give each team 4 words and 4 picture on the board and ask them matching . + Which team faster and exactly will win. - Give the comment and ask them clap hands for their friends. -Greeting -Listen and play. - Clap hands. I. Warm up Play game “ Matching” * Words : - a packet of biscuits. - a bar of chocolate. - a glass of orange juice. - a carton of lemonade. 1’ -Ask some student “What would you like to eat or drink ?” -Answer the teacher the food or drink they want to eat. II. Review old lesson : 22’ - Put picture on the board and introduce the dialogue. - Tell the class that they are going to read - Give them suggest questions : + Who are they ? + Where are they? + What are they talking about? - Ask them close the book and play the recording. (2 times) - Ask them whatever they have listened . - Check and corect by play the CD again. - Ask them find out new words or new structure. - Teaching some new words - Tell them repeat two or three times (Whole class and personal) and check. - Elicits the structure “How many/much ... do you eat/drink every day? - I eat/drink ... ” - Give a model. - Give them 4 minute to practice in pairs. - Call some pairs practice into class - Check their answer with whole class and give comment. - Identify the character in picture (Linda and Mai are at the supermarket.
