 I.Objectives:

 1. Knowledge : -After the lesson, students are able to use Ask and answer questions about the weather.

 2. Skills: -Develop Ss reading and writing skills.

 II.Langguage focus:

 1.Vocabulary: Snowy, wind, foggy, warm, cool,weather, forecast, cold, sunny, rainy, stormy,cloudy, popcorn.

 2. Sentence Partners: - What will the weather be like tomorrow?

 + It will be and

 III.Teaching - Aids: Books, puppets, pictures.

 IV.Steps of teaching:

1. Class organization:

- Greeting

- Checking for the students' attendance.

2. Oral test:

 - Check pupils: Check sts' new words and greeting and responding .

 3. New lesson

 V.Procedure: 1> Warm up: 5 minutes

 2> Presentation: 30 minutes

 2. Skills: -Develop Ss listening and speaking skills.
 II.Langguage focus:	
 1.Vocabulary: Sausage, banana, rice, bottle, egg, little..
 2. Sentence Partners: - What would you like to eat? 
 + I’d like a banana, please. (Intonation)
 III.Teaching - Aids: Books, puppets, pictures. 
 IV.Steps of teaching: 
1. Class organization:	
- Greeting
- Checking for the students' attendance.

 - Check pupils: Check sts' new words and greeting and responding.

I. WARM UP: 
1. Organization: 
- Have Ss sing the song Healthy eating and drinking.
2. Checking up. 
T introduces the Intonation: 
- What would you like to eat? 
 + I’d like a banana, please. 
-Sts follows T’s instructions.
- Asks Ss to do exercises.
- Controls and corrects their mistake.
II.PRESENTATION:
II. New leson:
* New words.
-T introduces the Word stress: Plane, boat, coach, foot,trip.
-Sts follows T’s instructions.
1. Listen and repeat:
T shows the words, models the intonation “What’s the matter with you? - I have a headache.”, asks ss to repeat intonation.
-Ss try to read 
 - What would you like to eat? 
 + I’d like a banana, please. 
-Aks Ss to repeat Word stress.
2.Listen and circle a or b.Then ask and answer:
- Play the tape 3 times and ask Ss to listen carefully.
- Ask Ss to mark the sentence intonation.
- Call some Ss to write their answers on the board.
-Others give comments.T gets feedback.
3.Let’s chant:
- T shows the chant on the bb, play the tape 3 times, guides Ss to chant sentence by sentence.
-Ss try to chant with the teacher.
-Some Ss do chanting in front of class.
4. Read and do the tasks: 
- T elicits the pictures.
- T reads the text.
- Sts listen and tick the pictures.
- Some sts call out their answers.
- Others give comments.
- T gets feedback.
5.Write the directions: 
-T asks Ss do the task for 5 minutes. T goes around for help, if necessary.
- T calls some Ss go to the board and write down their answers. The others give comment.
- T gives feedback.
6.Project: 
- T asks sts to do the task for 2 minutes. T goes aroung the class for help, if neccessary.
- Some sts go to the board and write down their answers. The others give comments.
7.Colour the stars: 
- Check sts’ understanding.
8.Consolidation
-Summary the lesson.
9. Homework
-Do exercises in the workbook. Learn by heart the new words and structures.
- T reads the text.
-T tells Ss take note.
-Sing the song.
