By the end of this lesson, students will be able to

- Review asking and answering question about what someone did at the party.

Warm up: sing the song
 - T asks Ss sing the song “ What did you do on Teachers’ day?”
- Check old lesson
New lesson 
Look listen and repeat.
- Ask sts look at the pictures and describe about the characters.
- Play the recording for sts to listen and acquainted with content of lesson.
- Play the recording for Sts to listen and mime the speech bubbles.
- Play the recording again for Sts to repeat the dialogue in turn.
- Divide the class into two groups repeat the dialogue between Mai and Linda.
- Play the recording again for the whole class to listen and repeat the dialogue.
- Ask a few questions to check their comprehension.
Point and say.
- ask look at the picture and present some activities which someone usually did at the party.
+ had nice food and drink
+ played hide and seek
+ chatted with friend 
+ watched cartoon
+ sang and dance 
- present the sentences pattern: how to ask and answer question about what someone did at the party. 
- Do model:
 T: What did you do at the party?
 B: I sang and danced happily.
- Do the model and ask Sts to practice with other.
- Monitor the activity, check pronunciation and offer Sts help when necessary.
- Ask some pairs to practice in front of the class while others observe and give comments.
- Ask a few questions to check their comprehension.
- Ask Sts to repeat all sentences in this section to reinforce their pronunciation.
3. Let’s Talk:
 Have Ss look at the sentences on page 26 and identify how to the task. 
Have Ss to repeat the questions a few times before let them practice freely.
Encourage Ss to work in pairs use the question below to make a dialogue.
Monitor the activity and offer help when necessary/ correct typical pronunciation errors.
Call on a pair to demonstrate at the front of the class.
Have the whole class repeat all the phrases to reinforce their pronunciation.

Have Ss read the sentences on Page 27. 
Ask Ss to listen to the recording and match the information they hear to the answer and then circle the corresponding answers.
1st:Play the recording all the way through for Ss to listen while they are looking the answer in their books
2nd: play the recording for Ss to listen and circle for the correct answer.
3rd: play the recording for Ss to check their answers.
Have Ss trade their answers in pairs for correction
Ask some questions to ensure Ss’ comprehension of the listening text.
Write about you. 
Set the scene: “Look at task 5, now you are going to answer three questions below, using your information”.
Have Ss to do the task individally in a few times. Teacher control the activities.
Ask sts trade their answers in groups.
Call some sts report their answers.
Correct if necessary and give feedback

Put a large piece of paper with the sounds written on it on the board.
Produce the words a few times. 
Ask Sts to listen to the tape and mime the sounds a few times.
Play the record again and ask Sts to repeat each line.
Ask two Sts to the front of the class. Have one repeat each line, the other mime its meaning.
Ask Sts to practice saying and miming the chant in groups. Monitor the activity, check pronunciation and offer Sts help when necessary.
Ask two Sts to recite and mime.
Listen and correct mistakes, pay attention to the rhythm an the pronunciation.
Mark the word stress. Then say the words aloud.
Ask Sts to look at the task and introduce how to do the task.
Set the sense: now you are going to mark the stress of the words below, then say it aloud. 
Ask sts work in group. Then each member say the words in group aloud. 
Call some sts read the words aloud.
Give feedback.
Ask a few questions to check their comprehension.
Ask the whole class to repeat each line of the recording in chorus to reinforce their pronunciation.

Ask Sts to exchange their answers in groups to do correction.
